Royal Service Basis Package
 
consists of the following:
 
  •                   Airing and inspection of the property once a month *
  •                   Emptying of mailbox (bills are paid and a copy is kept for owner)
  •                   Payment of electrical bills
  •                   Payment of water bills
  •                   Payment of taxes
  •                   Payment of telephone bills
  •                   Repair of any damage (burst water pipe, etc.). As per agreement with owner.
  •                   Contact to your local caretaker/inspector
  •                   External and internal inspection of the property (windows/doors, etc.)
  •                   Watering of flowers inside and outside (requires you choose weekly inspection of property)
  •                   Flushing of water installations
  •                   Reporting to owner of any damage
  •                   Discount card to numerous stores
  •                   Help to rent a car, if requested
  •                  Check for flaws and defects of newly purchased articles
  •                  Email service to owner
 
The price for this total service package is only 200 Euro yearly.
 
* By request, weekly airing and inspection can be ordered.
 
Total Royal Service package Basis+ with airing and control every second week   300 Euro

Specification of each service:
 
Airing: At each service call at your property we air out wherever possible. Duration approx. 30 minutes per service call.
 
Emptying of mailbox: At each service call the mailbox is emptied and the mail is brought back to the office. By request, the mail can be scanned and emailed (PDF) to you.
 
Payment of bills / electricity, water, telephone, taxes, etc.: All bills are paid here from the office and receipts are scanned and emailed (PDF) directly to you. The payment for the bills will be charged to your maintenance account which you have established with us. We recommend that this account holds approx. 250-500 Euro.
 
Repair of damages: If any damage or the like has occurred our service worker will immediately contact your local caretaker/inspector if you have such. Our office is also contacted and will immediately contact you at the numbers you have given. Subsequently, it is agreed with you which steps to take and what is to be done. If we are not able to reach you, our service worker will close the water supply (burst water pipe) and on your behalf and your account contact our workman to start repairing the damage as soon as possible. We will of course follow-up on the work carried out and report back to you when finalised, at no additional charge.
 
External and internal inspection of the property: When we arrive at the property, it will be inspected externally to make sure everything is in order. Internally the property will likewise be inspected, room by room.
 
Watering of flowers inside and outside: If you have chosen the service package where we come once a week, all flowers inside as well as outside will be watered.
 
Flushing of water installations: During our service call all toilets / showers / sinks etc. will be flushed to avoid unpleasant smells.

Discounts to numerous stores: As an extra service to our customers you will receive a discount card to many interesting stores. You will in general be able to receive a 10-15% discount when presenting the card. It is entirely up to you if you wish to negotiate a further discount.
 
Help to rent a car: Prices for renting a car vary a great deal and we can be helpful in directing you to where rental prices are reasonable and where good service is given.
 
Check for flaws and defects: Unfortunately, if your property has just been handed over, there may be flaws or defects to be corrected by your real-estate agent or the building owner. Therefore, it is a good idea to let our office follow-up on this while you are back home. We will take digital pictures of the work and email them to you so you can follow the progress.
 
Email service: As a service to our customers an email will be sent to you after each service call which will state that on that day we have inspected and carried out service according to the service package. In this way you will know when we have been there and what service has been carried out.
